Will there be more multiplayer regions for the game (e.g. China, US-West)?

At the moment we've enabled all of the regions our server provider supports for us:
- Australia
- Brazil
- EU-West
- Japan
- Singapore
- US-East
While we'd been under the impression more regions would be added, our provider ended up not adding these regions. We're bummed about it too (heck, Erik lives in US-West!) but we've taken steps to make the game a better experience with slightly higher pings. For example:
- We implemented Lag Compensation to calculate swing timings so they are fairer and feel more responsive (Erik wrote a neat blog post about how this works!)
- We've heard Co-op combat mode can feel better, even at higher pings. Worth giving that a shot and seeing if it's more enjoyable!
